Since dogs, especially Golden Retrievers make such great family pets, it’s no surprise that they have appeared as a beloved family member on a number of movies (both regular and animated), TV shows, and commercials.

Not only have these goldens become famous from the shows they have been on, but some are famous due to their celebrity owners.  Below are lists of a some famous Goldens!

This is going to be the shortest category on this post but it's not because there are only a few heroic goldens. The list here is short because so many of these heroic goldens are unknown and silently serve every day as rescue dogs, service dogs, and therapy dogs.

Here are just a few that have made the spotlight while doing their jobs during horrible circumstances.

These are just a few of the famous Golden Retrievers we have seen throughout the years.  It’s no surprise since these beautiful, majestic canines are not only intelligent and easy to train, but due to their calm and lovable temperament can get along with just about anyone.
